sewage smell moist carpet

The staff was indeed very kind and helpful , especially Mariam.

The room I got smelled like a mix of sewage and moist carpets. The AC was nasty , so I didn't dare turn it on. I skipped the shower because the towels had hairs on them.

The staff demonstrated patience in translating English, which I greatly appreciated. The location proved excellent for exploration and felt safe. I found the area to be near many attractions and central.

The absence of coffee or tea-making facilities in the room required a trip to the general kitchen.

The hotel offered accessible water and coffee near the rooms. I found the staff very helpful. They allowed me to store luggage before check-in. Front desk personnel always provided great service, showing attentiveness to guest needs.

The room lacked a safe. This absence was slightly inconvenient.

acceptable stay overall

good location helpful staff sound insulation air conditioning heat issue room temperature

the location is quite good, close to the main streets. the staff was nice and helpful when needed. i found the room to have decent soundproofing, useful. coffee, tea and chocolate were available all day.

the air conditioning in my room did not work well, a problem. i reported this issue to reception, but the problem persisted. this made sleeping difficult because the room on the sixth floor was very hot.
